Boston and Cambridge on a Budget - Day Two

You’ve enjoyed Cambridge on your first night, taking a canal cruise, having a nice dinner and enjoying live music. You’ve reenergize in the luxury that is the Hotel Marlowe but you still have time before you catch the Amtrak Downeaster back to Maine and most importantly you haven’t yet blown your budget let’s take a deeper look at Cambridge.
After a quick breakfast at Bambara in the hotel (try their Banana French Toast) or if you need to rein in the spending a little think ahead and pick up a few pastries at Au Bon Pain in the Cambridgeside Galleria the afternoon of your arrival – they do not open until noon on Sunday. After you fuel up borrow a bike from the hotel and bike over to the Mount Auburn Cemetery. This 15 minute ride will take you down Memorial Drive along the Charles and up Massachusetts Ave past MIT.
